What is Spiritual Fitness? [ read more.. ]
Spiritual Fitness is a lifestyle, an attitude and a level of awareness that helps you rediscover the real meaning and sacredness of your life. Like physical fitness, it's not a one off deal - it needs your ongoing commitment. To stay spiritually fit means living in truth and trust i.e. being yourself at the deepest level in everything you do, bringing all of you to your life experiences. It also means trusting there is a greater power constantly guiding you and inviting you, through your life experiences, to live more openly and lovingly. When we trust, we start to make our choices and decisions from a place of love and courage instead of from fear. This in turn gives us clarity and strength.
Right now there is an enormous acceleration of energy taking place in the world. We are being given the chance to examine and change fundamental aspects of our lives. We have reached a time of radical change and new possibilities, where we can begin to co-create our lives with the universal life force. Of course, only you can reach in and find inside you the courage and strength to change, knowing the rewards will be immense. It takes discipline, focus, spiritual connection and faith to go forward along with a sense of being supported. Through Spiritual Fitness, you can find some of the support you are seeking.
Spiritual fitness is not about doctrine. It is about honoring the basic human values that are truly the most important to every one of us. Would you like to feel more love? Would you like to be able to trust? Would you like to feel innocent? Would you like to have faith and hope? Would you like to have courage? Would you like to be honest in all that you do? These are really our universal values, common to all of humanity, and yet until we accept them we cannot be truly fulfilled or at peace. Spiritual fitness offers us the chance to make these values the cornerstones of our life experiences.

How do you get Spiritually Fit?[ read more.. ]
To get spiritually fit, you’ll need to access and use your Soul Level awareness. This means raising your thinking to a higher level and viewing your life in the context of the bigger picture. It means rising above the circumstances of your life and surveying them until you start to see their patterns, lessons and gifts. Instead of engaging in disempowering knee-jerk reactions to your life, you’ll start asking ’What is the purpose, the highest truth, the soul gift for me in this situation?’ This will instantly improve your general life conditions and your various relationships and it will help you feel stronger and clearer in each situation.
In my book, Spiritual Fitness, I've created a seven week course to guide you towards living with greater inner strength, authenticity, wisdom, peace and joy. I also run regular groups and phone-in classes to help you reach and maintain this heightened level of awareness. These spiritual support groups take a very practical, spiritual approach towards how we can make our lives more manageable and rewarding. They are places of truth and open-heartedness where everyone has the chance to express themselves, be themselves, connect from their heart, discuss their lives and access the universal life force through meditation.
And if you'd like to go deeper, I also run retreats based on the principles of Spiritual Fitness.
It would be my pleasure to share with you the benefits and insights I have gained from Spiritual Fitness. To find out more and to discover which approach is best for you, please check out the other pages.
